- Du planst, steuerst und setzt eigenverantwortlich Projekte für große, stationäre Batteriespeicher im Multi-MW-Bereich um.
- Du überwachst sämtliche Projektfortschritte hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget und Qualität.
- Du koordinierst und führst eigenständig interdisziplinäre Projektteams.
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für das Stakeholder-Management und bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für Netzbetreiber, Investoren, Lieferanten und Behörden.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Engineering-Teams entwickelst Du technische Konzepte und Spezifikationen.
- Du unterstützt uns bei Vertragsverhandlungen und technischen Due-Diligence-Prüfungen.

Deine Aufgaben
Dein Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Energietechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Energie-, Infrastruktur- oder Industrieprojekten mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Batteriespeicherlösungen oder verwandten Technologie.
- Du besitzt bereits Erfahrung mit den verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Methoden und entsprechenden Tools.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikationsstark und hast eine lösungsorientiere, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Du kommunizierst fließend mündlich und schriftlich sowohl in Deutsch als auch Englisch
- Du bist gerne innerhalb von Deutschland und/oder dem europäischen Ausland unterwegs (Reisebereitschaft 20 %).
- Du hast den Führerschein der Klasse B.
